Really inspiring book!

Really enjoyed reading this book. Its good for dipping in and out of too. I especially liked that it shows how its not just a case of what food you eat that affects how healthy you are but also what is going on in your head, which I think is probably the trigger so much these days. The sections on mind, body and spirit are very insightful and give some really good and easy to follow ways of improving your state of mind and energy levels.
